What’s Going On?
Musically, the last few months have been especially rich and stimulating. I released my third album, 8-bit Robotics, and had physical copies manufactured. I’ve been experimenting with chipsynth SFC and composing new music inspired by SNES games like The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past and Final Fantasy IV. I also bought my first analog synthesizer, a Korg Minilogue XD, and am working on sound design. On a different note (haha!), I had the pleasure of bringing my family and friends to Montreal back in December to attend the concert Distant Worlds: Music from FINAL FANTASY. I highly recommend it!
Upcoming Album: Dungeon Delivered!
My fourth album, Dungeon Delivered!, will come out in about a month! It’s the accompanying soundtrack to the upcoming indie video game Dungeon Delivered! by Smithy Games. Listen to the main theme by clicking here. Stay tuned for more details.

Guitar News
The Guitar Alla Grande Festival is the most important annual classical guitar event of the Ottawa-Gatineau region, and features amazing guitarists, many concert opportunities and much more! Come see me perform a solo piece in the Opening Concert on February 15, and come see me play in the Guitar Orchestra on February 18!
What next?
I’m currently working on composing more music inspired by SNES titles. I’ve also started brainstorming themes for a chiptune collection of music inspired by the cute and happy fast-paced bubbly music of platformers like Kirby and Mario (here’s the artwork so far!). But the most exciting prospect this winter is composing the music for my friend Rick’s new video game. He has a very unique vision for the role of music in his game, but I’ll keep that under wraps for now.
